The clinical programming of Spring EOP helps clients address a variety of mental health and addiction concerns including substance use disorders, trauma, couples and intimacy issues, familial stress, depression, anxiety, and other stressors that directly impact sobriety. Trauma-focused individual and group therapy is a foundational piece of the Spring EOP curriculum. It allows for steady, safe therapy. Advanced treatment approaches such as EMDR and Trauma Focused CBT are available.

Serenity offers a safe healing environment for those struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Healing Pines Recovery is a high-end, 8-bed, boutique-style recovery center; lending itself to a truly individualized program experience. Begin Again Institute is the only 14-day intensive with with on-site accommodations designed to stop the behavior, treat the root cause of sexual addiction, and provide you with a strong foundation for continued growth and healing. After completing our program, you will be equipped to continue your recovery program with your own therapist or a therapist that we recommend upon discharge. Our 14-day intensive program is designed to limit the time you will be away from home, family and work commitments. It also includes a virtual Partner Support Program at no additional cost.

The Rose House is an extended care licensed and accredited residential addiction and mental health treatment program for women 18 years and older. In our 16 bed luxury facility located in Boulder County, Colorado, we provide intensive therapy and facilitate the healing necessary for women to create the life they want for themselves. Our extended care program length is 3 months plus and includes at least 35 hours of group & individual therapy per week (CBT, Trauma, DBT, Equine therapy, Relapse prevention, Family support). We believe in focusing on the whole person (psychological, emotional, physical, spiritual, nutritional, and cognitive). In our program, we explore and treat underlying issues that may have contributed to substance abuse such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders. Women get better at The Rose House.

Our program specializes in treating adolescents ages 14-19 who are experiencing problems with substance abuse and mental health issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and who would benefit from an outpatient treatment program.
