A Network of Trauma-Informed Clinicians
Creekside Collaborative Therapy, PLLC, is a network of clinicians in private practice who specialize in trauma and complex mental health issues. Our therapists and prescribers share a common vision of providing quality mental health services which are trauma-informed and based on interventions that have been proven to be effective. We are experienced clinicians with a variety of specialties. Because of this, we are able to find the right provider for each client based on his or her individual needs. Our clinicians have long standing connections to the community and we believe in the power of partnership and collaboration.
We Offer a Comprehensive Selection of Services
Creekside Collaborative Therapy offers a variety of therapeutic services. We provide individual, family and group therapy along with medication management. We have therapists who specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting, Play therapy, DBT, Yoga and other trauma-focused interventions. In addition, we provide community trainings, therapeutic mentoring and supervision/consultation for other mental health professionals. We have 7 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioners who can provide medication management for clients of all ages.
We Accept Most Major Insurances & Medicaid
We are in-network with most major insurance companies, including Medicaid. When we are out of network we offer affordable cash rates. In addition, our pre-licensed clinicians and interns can offer a sliding scale payment plan to make services even more affordable.
