NorthStar offers sub acute detox, residential (inpatient) and outpatient treatment services. NorthStar is an in-network provider for Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Beacon, Cigna, Compsych, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, Mines and Associates, Multiplan, Optum (United Healthcare/UMR),Poudre Valley School District, Rocky Mountain Health Plan, TriCare TriWest (VA), TRU Pace, and UCHealth Employee Plan. At the residential level of care, clients reside in an intimate 15-bed home in the mountains just outside of Boulder.
