Clear Behavioral Health (formerly Insight) is a recognized intensive outpatient dual-diagnosis treatment program for teens, young adults and their families. Based on the fundamental belief that adolescent issues can only be effectively treated by addressing all aspects of their lives, we use treatment approaches attending to emotional, psychological, spiritual, familial, academic, and biological factors. Every family is different, has different needs, problems, and resources. Therefore, our treatment staff takes pride in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each family's specific goals. Whether your teen is suffering from depression, drug and alcohol problems, behavioral concerns, or self-harming behaviors, we are here to help guide you through the process with the best outpatient mental health and addiction program in Los Angeles. Our intensive outpatient program provides teens with the skills and insight to work through family issues, establish supportive, drug-free peer groups, and learn to use new skills at home and in their community while they are in a highly structured treatment program. Problems are addressed in real time, helping the entire family interact in ways that will support healthy growth and long-term change. Using a multi-modality approach, this program offers the structure and safety needed as an alternative to residential adolescent drug rehabilitation treatment, or as a step down from residential treatment. Additionally, we simultaneously offer help to empower parents through parent education, family counseling, and multiple family groups. This multi-tiered approach has proven to be the most effective in achieving positive outcomes for long-term growth and success. Individual and family sessions, as well as coaching and case management sessions are conducted at a minimum of once per week.
