Intensive Outpatient Program
Circle City offers Intensive Outpatient Programs geared to support individuals in early recovery in addressing their underlying trauma issues that contribute to their addiciton. We work adults who are need support, strucuture and intervention to remain sober while navigating the challenges of life. Our groups meet three times per week for three per session. For group members, we also offer individual and family sessions.
Trauma Focused Care
The focus on Circle City IOP's is Trauma and takes the philosophy of EMDR and applies it within the group setting. While many of the participants in IOP struggle with addiction, the emphasis is on healing from the trauma that has contributed to the addiction. The Trauma IOP is open to anyone who wants to heal and address their trauma issues within a safe, supportive group setting. We believe that recovery can be an universal experience and you do not have to have an addiction to participate in group. In the Trauma IOP, we dig deep and do the work in order to heal. We examine our core belief system and how trauma has contributed to developing negative beliefs about ourselves and the world. We gently challenge those beliefs and work to instill a positive core belief system through unconditional positive regard, validation and self care.

Our groups are small and intimate to allow you to explore these issues in depth as well as create a safe, non-judgemental environment in which to heal. We see you as an individual and meet you wherever you are at in your healing journey. We bear witness to your suffering, honor it and shine a light on how resilient you have been.
