Today, our family directed programs concentrate on providing behavioral health treatment, education programs, and support services tailored to client needs and strengths. Crossroad residential programs for children and youth, ages 6 to 21, are offered on our Fort Wayne campus. Our programs include Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) Secure Intensive Treatment, Open Residential Programming, and Diagnostic Evaluation. Our residential programs are available to all qualified children and referrals are accepted from judges, youth serving professionals, educators, counselors, parents, and others. Crossroad will admit clients with medical challenges including, but not limited to, seizure disorders, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, diabetes, sickle cell anemia, hemophilia, cancer, and shunt placement; we will also accept children with developmental delays and learning challenges on a case-by-case basis.
