Behavioral Health PHP/IOP For Kids And Teens
Charis is here for families looking for meaningful and sustainable healing for their kids and teenagers. We’re experts at helping young people with a wide range of mental health and behavioral issues. If these issues are preventing your teenager from reaching their full potential, now is the time to get the help they need. Our program is designed specifically for your child’s total health and recovery. We create a safe, positive, and productive environment where lasting change happens.
How We Can Help
At the partial level of care, teens receive a full-day of treatment at Charis, but continue to live at home. Partial hospitalization is an effective alternative to residential or inpatient treatment and may be appropriate for those transitioning from a residential treatment program or those who need more structure than a typical outpatient program or private psychotherapy. The PHP level of care provides five hours of treatment, five days a week. School continues through our education program as your child is afforded the opportunity to focus on mental wellness. We also offer an Intensive Outpatient Program which is structured very similar to PHP, with a little more time spent on school.

We know the decision to place your child in treatment is not an easy one. As parents, you’re probably feeling overwhelmed and fearful. We offer special programming just for parents to equip everyone tools to work through some of those feelings and help your family heal and grow. When you enroll your child with us, the Charis team becomes part of your team. We’ll be with you through your entire treatment journey.
