Behavioral Health for Today's Teen
Center For Teens is curbing the adolescent mental health crisis by offering a full continuum of care. From our preventive programs that build resilience to our DBT- Adolescence (DBT-A) aligned IOP and PHP, we provide evidence-based, tailored treatment exclusively for teens. Our team is dedicated to helping adolescents and their families overcome emotional and behavioral struggles while strengthening their relationships. CFT’s Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) provides concentrated, group-based care that helps adolescents make accelerated treatment gains while they continue to attend school and engage with the important people in their lives. Teens in this program need a higher level of care than weekly individual therapy sessions, but less structure and support than an all-day or inpatient program. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) allows teens to receive comprehensive mental health treatment during the day, and return home for evenings and weekends. This program is best suited for teens who need intensive treatment, but don’t require the 24-hour supervision afforded in an inpatient setting. In addition to group therapy, adolescents in both IOP and PHP receive an hour per week of individual therapy and another of family therapy. Families learn life-changing DBT skills along with their teens, allowing the whole family to adopt healthier ways of managing emotional and behavioral challenges. Have Hope; Help is on the Way!
