Our Treatment approach
If you have grown weary of "just talking" and are wondering where your therapy is going we probably have what you need. We have therapeutic modalities and tools that very few people have, we have experience that very few therapists have. We are goal oriented and driven to help you get you where you want to be; as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We enjoy the challenge of working with the "hard to treat" symptoms as much as we enjoy helping a couple work through a difficult time in their relationship. For those that are in severe distress we have Intensive Outpatient Programs for adolescents and adults. These IOP's are 10 weeks long and are created for those with severe issues that are causing self harming behaviors and/or suicidal ideation. These IOP's are fun, educational and extremely life changing. Come meet with us before you spend ten's of thousands of dollars on inpatient services. Goals and Plans
We approach each client with the goal of resolution. We believe medications are a short term fix and should be used for stabilization when needed. We believe that there is an answer for whatever it is that is keeping you from being the person you strive or desire to be. Intensive Outpatient Program
The Center for Integrative Therapies is an evidence based practice with expertise in difficult to treat issues. The discreet ten-week IOP is located in downtown Sarasota, Florida. We are happy to assist you in setting up accommodations if you are visiting from out of town. We have IOP's for Adults with Bipolar Disorder and/or chronic depression, Adults with a history of trauma, Adults with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
