We are a 104-bed, Joint Commission-accredited behavioral health hospital serving adolescents and adults. We specialize in acute inpatient hospitalization, medical detoxification and intensive outpatient programs. We can help if you are thinking about suicide or if you are wanting to hurt yourself or someone else. Our expert team can help if someone is out of touch with reality or experiencing psychosis due to a mental health disorder like Bipolar or Schizophrenia. Our psychiatrists, registered nurses, and mental health professionals are available 24/7. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage you to call us first instead of visiting an emergency room, we can get you help quickly and confidentially. Traverse Outpatient Therapy at CPH
Traverse Outpatient Therapy at Centennial Peaks Hospital offers customized intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP) if you or a loved one do not require 24-hour care, but need more care than a weekly counseling session. With guidance from the treatment team, participants can decide which program is most appropriate. Typical treatment plans consist of up to 20 sessions. Most patients will attend group therapy nine hours each week. Both day and evening tracks, virtual or in-person are available for patients that need the flexibility. Our programs include substance use, a DBT-inspired track, a Women’s Trauma, a transitional aged youth program, and an adolescent program. Please Reach Out Today
We take admissions 24/7, by appointment or, if necessary, walk-in appointments are available. Our trained mental health professionals can provide a complementary assessment and refer you to resources if we are not a good fit.
