Who We Are
We are a mental health counseling center and provide counseling services to adults, children, and adolescents in individual, couple/family, marital/premarital, and group sessions. All of our therapists have Master's Degrees in their field of work. All are licensed, temporarily licensed, or actively pursuing licensure. We strive to create a safe place for each client to explore and be their best self so they can live their best life. We are a very diverse group of professionals united by our care for you, our clients.
What We Do
Our skilled therapists offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. Our physical location is in Nashville, TN but we can also provide telehealth to individuals in all counties in TN. Our therapeutic models include Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Play/Art Therapy, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Trauma-Focused CBT, to name a few. We utilize evidence-based approaches to help with issues such as anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, Bipolar Disorder, caregiver support, child or adolescent issues, struggles with coping skills, depression, divorce, domestic abuse or violence survivors, emotional disturbance, family conflict, grief/loss, life transitions, parenting/family issues, peer relationships, pregnancy choices, couples/relationship issues, pre/postnatal counseling, PTSD, racial trauma, religious trauma, self esteem struggles, self-harming, sexual abuse, sexual trauma, stress, suicidal ideation, teen violence, trauma.

We accept most major commercial insurance plans, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Health Saving Accounts/Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA), and private pay.
