Children/Adolescent/Peri&Postpartum Treatment

Cedar Health provides outpatient services for kids (5 and older), adolescents (11-17), adults (18+) and peri/postpartum individuals. We offer appointments in person and virtually and try to accommodate appointments as soon as possible, typically within 24-48 hours. Our programming is centered around individual therapy or group therapy, also known as Intensive Outpatient therapy, which consists of 3 hours a day for 3 or 4 days/week for higher-acuity patients. We are excited to help the community for years to come!

Evidence-Based Practice

All of our programming uses evidence based care to achieve outcomes that are medically acceptable. Our Clinical Director, Dan Krepps, has been a provider of mental health services for many years and has helped design a truly effective program.

We understand the gap in mental health care not just in Arizona but nationwide. Our founder is from the southern Arizona community and wanted to provide a platform that provides care for so many in the community that otherwise would have nowhere to turn to. We deal with all behavioral health issues in an individual session or group sessions (IOP). IOP programs are for 12 weeks and individual therapy is as often as you decide between you and our licensed therapist. You are in control of your own treatment plan and our therapists work in a collaborative nature with you.
