About Cedar Crest
Cedar Crest Hospital has been serving our community for over 30 years with a proven history of success in the treatment of mental health and chemical dependency problems. Our 33-acre campus offers life-changing treatment across the lifespan using evidence-based and clinically-sound interventions that allow our clients the ability to retain their autonomy while focusing upon their journey toward recovery. Through scientifically-validated treatment approaches, we care for children, teens, adults struggling with mental health disorders and drug abuse such as depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, addiction, and self-harming behaviors. Our mission is to offer individualized, superior care that improves the quality of life for those we treat and their families as well as be a beacon of hope for our community. We are constantly evaluating the ways in which we provide care as we work to redesign the way mental health care is given. Levels of Care
At Cedar Crest Hospital, we are proud to offer treatment across the age spectrum and treatment level. We treat children, teens, adults, and older adults who are facing major mental health concerns or chemical dependency at many levels of care. Our acute inpatient program is used to provide stabilization during an immediate crisis; we treat people of all ages and their families and arm them with the skills needed to prevent further crises. Our Residential Treatment Center for adolescents provides a living space for teens struggling with many challenges in a home-like environment conducive to recovery and healing. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) is offered for children and teens who are struggling with a multitude of challenges and help them to learn skills needed to be successful in life. At Cedar Crest Hospital & RTC, our caring staff wants to make your transition into our facility as easy as possible. Upon admission, our highly skilled team of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed social workers, and therapists take immediate action to quickly diagnose and stabilize our clients and enact an individualized treatment plan. We'll conduct a variety of evaluations to determine the client's medical needs, co-occurring disorders, emotional needs, and psychosocial needs in order to provide a plan of care for his or her stay with us.
