Groups
Game Therapy: Fall 2026 Session
Cathexis is excited to offer a therapeutic TTRPG groups for teens and adults from Sept. 6, 2026 - Dec. 13, 2026. Story-telling provides players with the opportunity to "try-on" different aspects of their identity in a safe context. Games facilitate problem solving, encourage strategic thinking, and support risk-taking to explore consequences in a low-stakes setting. Like other team-based activities, collaborative storytelling is deeply relational, and encourages pro-social behavior. Pay what you can, but suggested fee is $40.
