Our Approach to Treatment
Casa Recovery is a licensed and accredited, mental health and dual diagnosis treatment program located in beautiful San Juan Capistrano, close to the coast in south Orange County. Our experienced team include a Psychiatrist, Psychologists, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Case Managers, Nurses, Art Therapist, Dietitian, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and other Holistic Practitioners including Yoga, Meditation and Yamuna Body Rolling instructors. Our approach to providing superior clinical care is collaborative and includes evidence-based modalities and trauma focused interventions including EMDR & Brainspotting as well as experiential practices. We offer both full day and partial day treatment programs with structured supportive living options. Our intake process starts with an assessment and individualized treatment planning followed by a tailored treatment schedule to include psychiatry, medication management, individual therapy, case management, group therapy, life skills building, nutrition, and holistic services including art and music therapy. Our treatment services are for adults struggling with various mental health challenges and disorders such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, personality disorders, trauma and stressor-related issues as well as co-occurring issues including substance abuse and addiction. Our treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR as well as integrated with holistic methods including somatic-based self-regulation techniques, stress management, trauma-informed yoga, meditation and Yamuna Body Rolling.
