Outpatient EvaL/Treatment - MAT/Suboxone Taper
If you are using alcohol or drugs more than you would like, or if it is interfering with your family relationships, your work, or your daily life in some way, we want to help. If you are looking to Taper off your Suboxone (9 months to 2 years) in a safe and timely manner, we offer that. Your health and safety are important to us. Carpe Diem Behavioral Associates, Inc. is a group of affiliates who offer Outpatient evaluation and treatment services & MAT Treatment. We offer Substance Abuse, DEEP, Codependency, Mental Health, Sex Offenders, Chaperone/Non-Offender Programs. We are now DOT approved to provide Substance Abuse Professional Services. We use other modalities of treatment focused on the your needs. Services are generally scheduled weekly. Mainecare is accepted. We offer a reasonably reduced rate for cash clients.
CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Case Management Services available under the Maine care program for those individuals carrying a mental health diagnosis. Services include assistance accessing services through public agencies, applications for housing, medical services, etc. Coordination of services with Social Security Administration, accessing Mental Health services and support services within the community. This Program is temporarily not in service.
GROUPS ~
Carpe Diem Behavioral Associates, Inc.: DEEP Groups are available (minimum of 4) to meet treatment and education guidelines of the State of Maine DEEP Program. Non-Offenders/ Chaperones programs for family members or concerned persons involved with sex offenders. Sex Offender Treatment Group, Certified by the Maine Department of Corrections to provide therapy to sex offenders who are under probation or want to voluntarily participate in order to not re-offend.

Substance Use Treatment Groups
This is a group treatment and education program designed for individuals who have had an OUI in Maine or other states. This group is also available to individuals who want support while addressing substance Use Issues. Dependent upon the need, it runs for 6, 12, or 18 sessions. The cost is a group rate. Minimum of 4 participants required.
