Caring Through Healing (CTH), LLC has been serving the DC and Virginia areas since 2018. Our mission is to deliver exceptional mental health services with compassion and to significantly improve the mental health and well-being of individuals seeking treatment through counseling, education, support, and advocacy. CTH is a practice that provides individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, consultation, and supervision. Our therapists will utilize these therapeutic modalities to address an array of challenges in our clients' personal, educational, and professional lives. Our clinicians' mission is to support individuals in finding solutions to the concerns in their lives with compassion while delivering client-centered, personalized, evidence-based care that considers each individual's needs, goals, and values. CTH is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, accessible psychotherapy, groups, and consultation services to individuals. Our experienced clinicians offer areas of clinical expertise to include the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, borderline personality disorders, trauma, and emotion dysregulation with a passion and experience in supporting individuals struggling with racial and gender-related issues. This integrative approach to treatment is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) and guided by empirically supported interventions.
