Caring Associates Counseling Group, Inc.'s Groups
Teen Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Group-DBT
These groups are for teens ages 13 to 18 years old. The primary focus of these groups is helping teens deal with life stressors and helping them identify triggers that results in them becoming angry, anxious, and/or depressed. A specific DBT curriculum is used with the adolescents to increase effective coping skills in dealing with their emotions and behaviors. Teens are presented with their own handbook and are required to complete all assignments. Groups meet on Thursdays, Fridays from 5 p.m - 8 p.m., and Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. We now offer Telehealth.
Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Group-DBT
These groups are for individuals dealing with anxiety, bipolar issues, and/or major depression that have presented symptoms that are affecting their ability to effectively socialize in the community, maintain employment, and/or engage in or maintain healthy relationships with family members and friends. These groups utilizes curriculum that will empower these individuals in learning effective coping skills, developing effective communication skills, and learning anger management skills. Evening IOP is available on Monday's, Tuesday's, and Wednesday's from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. We now offer Telehealth.
Adult Dual Diagnosed Drug & Alcohol IOP Group
Our Adult Dual Diagnosed Group is an Intensive Outpatient Treatment program for individuals dealing with a substance abuse issue along with a mental health issue. This group offers a full complement of services as Drug and Alcohol Group Counseling, Individual Counseling, Family Group, Spirituality Awareness, Relapse Prevention, 12 Steps Meetings which are held offsite, Psycho Education, and After Care Services. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides treatment for individuals suffering from chemical or alcohol dependency with anxiety and/or depression. Day Program meets Mon, Wed, & Fri 9 a.m. - 12 noon. We now offer Telehealth.
