Our therapists have experience working with trauma survivors, LGBTQA population, military population and military families, first responders, and immigrant populations. Our goal is to empower individuals, through a collaborative and empathic process, to achieve their full potential, accept their internal self, and improve their quality of life Currently we are operating remotely using telehealth but have planned phase-in for on-site service as conditions improve.

Our experienced therapists incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance-and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapy (MBSRT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Gottman Methods of Couples Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Treatment is often integrative and varies based on the clinician’s expertise.
