Camino a Casa provides Hope and Help to youth and families addressing concerns in social development, emotional regulation, grief, loss, and attachment. Through its array of nationally accredited programs such as Residential Therapeutic Care, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Services, Camino a Casa is the leading provider of intensive therapeutic mental health care for youth ages 9 to 17 struggling with mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges when traditional outpatient interventions are not enough. Our clinical approach emphasizes the importance of developing a strong relationship while honoring the fact that neuro-diverse brains need a wide range of activities to regulate the body and engage the mind. Consequently, our programming is based on the therapeutic importance of rhythm to facilitate increased regulation of strong emotions that can lead to problematic behaviors. Activities and the flow and routines of the day are aimed to support an optimal learning environment. Our innovative and integrated approach to mental health treatment includes Psychiatric Consultation and Medication Management (RTC and PHP); Psychological Assessment when indicated; Individual, Group, and Family Therapy; and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy supported by On-Site Education Experts, State-of-the-Art Music Program, Recreational Therapies, Experiential Outings, Daily Skills Group and Practice, Education Support, and on-site Health Clinic.
