Cambridge Psychology Group is a group practice serving adults and youth in the greater Boston area, Massachusetts, and beyond. We offer individual therapy in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, ERP, and DBT from highly trained psychologists, social workers, and counselors. Depending on your needs, individual therapy with us is flexible and could range from once weekly to more intensive, multiple sessions per week. Treatment plans may be focused and short-term (e.g. building CBT skills to manage depression for 12 weeks) or long-term as you grow, apply new skills, and make changes over years. We also offer group therapy, consultation, and teaching in the community. Our 13 groups are organized into three tracks: general, OCD, and substance use. Groups center on many topics, including anxiety, depression, OCD, procrastination, perfectionism, substance use, grief and family support. Why you should choose CPG
