About

CADAS has been saving Lives since 1964

Welcome to CADAS. At CADAS we are dedicated to providing the highest quality treatment, prevention, and education to the chemically dependent, their families, and within the surrounding communities. We are committed to providing quality services consistent with sound clinical practices. CADAS is one of the few nonprofit alcohol and drug treatment facilities that provide a complete continuum of care. Separate programs are offered for adults and adolescents as well as services for every stage of the recovery process, in both an outpatient and a residential basis. CADAS also works with and accepts dually diagnosed individuals, such as Depression, Bi Polar Disorder, and other mental health issues. Our specialized staff is able to care for and assist with stabilization needs in order to allow individuals the opportunity to heal and work through barriers that keep them from reaching success. CADAS is one of the few nonprofit alcohol and drug treatment facilities in the State of Tennessee that is accredited by Joint Commission. This means CADAS is routinely measured against national standards set by health care professionals.

CADAS Mission & Philosophy

To Deliver the Highest Quality Treatment, Prevention & Educational Services to the Chemically Dependent, Their Families and the Community At Large Regardless of Their Ability to Pay. Alcohol and drug addiction is a primary, chronic, and progressive disease. Addiction creates and encourages denial, poor choices, emotional misery and physical deterioration. Left untreated, addiction will ultimately lead to death. CADAS believes that the complexity of this disease requires a multi-dimensional treatment approach that focuses on restoring the individual physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We believe recovery is possible with effective treatment. CADAS is committed to removing barriers to recovery; to breaking the bonds of addiction to alcohol and other drugs; to educating the addict about this disease; and to supporting and encouraging lifelong recovery for a healthier quality of life for all. Treatment addresses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components of the addict’s life and also provides an outreach to the addict’s family. CADAS utilizes the 12-ststep model of recovery and our interventions reflect this approach.
