Evolve Treatment specializes in teens ages 12-17 struggling with dual diagnosis, high-risk/self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation, trauma, and other mental health, substance use, or behavioral issues. At the residential level of care, teens live on-site in a comfortable home for an average of 30-60 days and receive 24/7 support and treatment. We incorporate multiple evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT Skills Training, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, & Anger Management. Teens participate in individual/family therapy, psychiatry sessions, and learn coping skills to help them achieve lifelong recovery.
