Families come to the Masonic Center for Youth and Families to help nurture and develop connected, healthy, and productive youth. By evaluating and understanding young people's unique situations and needs, MCYAF staff is able to create a developmentally appropriate and individualized approach to addressing emotional, academic, behavioral and social difficulties, and other forms of distress.

Our doors are open to anyone and everyone. We provide professional counseling and psychotherapy to adults, youth, children, couples, families, and groups from all walks of life who may be experiencing various challenges. All are welcome, and all services are provided on a true sliding scale basis ($20 - $120). While we do have fees and suggested donations for most of our services, no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.

We provide Child and Adult Psychiatry, Therapy and Substance abuse clients via video across California. Our Board Certified Psychiatrists and Therapists are available to help everyday and we can offer same day appointments. Telepsychiatry or Telemedicine uses video link (via computer or smartphone) to offer appointments from home or outside clinic. It offers the option to see a psychiatrist any time as long as you have access to your smart phone or computer.

While we treat both boys and girls separately, this particular location treats teen boys. Located on 26 acres in beautiful Sonoma County, California, our 7 campuses provide teens a safe and structured environment to explore sensitive underlying issues within a highly credentialed clinical setting. Our gender-specific environment invites teens to build strong peer support essential in early recovery. Our highly credentialed team works closely with teens and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that may include group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavior therapy, and-when needed-medication management. Center For Discovery has been providing residential treatment for women and teens for over 20 years. At Center For Discovery, we provide residential treatment for women with eating disorders, teens with eating disorders, teens with mental health disorders, and teens with substance abuse issues. Each of our locations is dedicated solely to one of our specialized treatment programs. By keeping each location specialized to one of our treatment programs, we are able to provide the most effective and efficient treatment. All of our locations provide treatment for only a small number of residents at one time to maintain an intimate setting and a high staff to resident ratio. Treatment within a residential neighborhood allows our residents to feel more comfortable in a familiar surrounding and provides greater transferability and internalization of the treatment experience to life after treatment. Zion Hills Academy, a nonprofit (501C3) Residential Treatment Center in Southern Utah, specializes in treating teen girls experiencing Reactive Attachment Disorder. Licensed by the State of Utah, Zion Hills utilizes state-of-the-art, research based and proven clinical methods such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Equine Therapy to help teen girls overcome their difficulties and learn to bond with their families. Zion Hill's Positive Peer Culture program, directed by Oscar Fakahua, allows teen girls to experience deep and lasting change.

Reset Summer Camp is a fully immersive, residential 4-week, clinical program, hosted on a college campus, with a fun-filled, summer camp atmosphere. Teens detox from their screen addictions and learn how to self-regulate while participating in individual/group therapy. The Life Skills program creates understanding and builds self-confidence so our campers will be able to handle their real-world responsibilities. Our staff include experienced youth-development professionals, clinical interns, registered nurses and private-practice mental health PhDs who work daily with teens on gaming addiction and other unhealthy screen-time overuse habits.
