We are one of a select few advanced residential mental health treatment programs in northern California with expertise in treating complex psychiatric issues. We are physician operated program that is also licensed to provide highly advanced psychiatric treatment options such as ketamine and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Our philosophy is to minimize medications and provide one on one intensive treatment in an intimate small group environment. We service all adult ages and also offer specialty treatment tracts that address the unique needs of seniors, chronic pain sufferers. Treatment is provided to an average of only 6 clients at a time to provide highly individualized attention. Unlike most programs that advertise for mental health but are really substance abuse treatment programs, we are proud to be one of the very few double certified true mental health programs in existence. We are licensed and certified for advanced mental health and crisis stabilization which means our clinical program, staffing and services must be the most intensive and highest caliber.

Since 2007, Woodleaf Eating Disorder Center been committed to helping clients recover. Our virtual IOP program is now available to all California residents. Our program offers flexible evening hours designed for those who work or go to school so you can keep living your life while you recover. Our staff are fully licensed (no interns) so you will only work with seasoned experts. Our program is intentionally small, capping enrollment at 6 people. This creates a private, safe and stable atmosphere in which to heal. We accept all forms of insurance, often covers the cost of the program. Located in the heart of the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers a comprehensive intensive outpatient program and Partial Hospitalization for addiction and mental health conditions in a convenient urban setting. We provide highly individualized, confidential treatment to help you in your recovery. Our masters-level therapists offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. In addition, we offer 12-Step-optional programs where clinical decisions are driven by your unique needs. Participants attend the program for approximately 25 days or around 5 to 8 weeks. Participants attend the program a minimum of 3 days a week up to 5 days a week depending on the level of support needed. The Day IOP runs Monday through Friday 3 hours a day, 12PM –3PM and the Evening IOP runs Monday through Thursday 5PM – 8PM. OP is now available including 1 group and 1 individualize session per week. The program is certified by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and accredited by The Joint Commission. Validated parking.

We offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to help clients in having a healthier and more satisfying life. This cutting edge therapy can help with depression, anxiety, trauma and other issues. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy can facilitate going deeper in your therapeutic work to understand and heal underlying issues related to your struggles. We use low and moderate dose ketamine lozenges and moderate to high dose intramuscular ketamine sessions.
