Zinnia Serenity Lodge is a Men's Only Alcohol and Drug Treatment Facility, for those 18 and over, who are struggling with alcoholism, drug addiction and co-occurring disorders. Zinnia Serenity Lodge offers 30, 60 and 90 day plans (and beyond) depending on the needs of the individual. We offer residential treatment, partial hospitalization treatment and intensive outpatient treatment plans, each one tailored to meeting the individual need of each patient. We offer life direction, guidance and tools for everyday living. Our program provides individual counseling, group therapy, extensive education, appropriate family treatment, 12 step meetings as well as alternatives to 12 step, and the facilitation of aftercare. Each patient's treatment plan is based on ongoing assessments by clinical and medical staff, and is based on the progression or regression of a patient's behavioral and medical state.

Based in beautiful St. George, Utah; the Family Bootcamp provides youth and parents with a life-changing five day intense, therapeutic wilderness experience in the heart of the high desert, majestic red rocks in Southern Utah. A Family Bootcamp is the ideal intervention for families that are not yet ready to place their teen in a long-term residential treatment program but are seeking help learning to manage problematic behaviors that are occurring in the home.

Optimum Performance Institute (OPI), named BEST IN TREATMENT by Psychology Today, is a therapeutic transitional living program for young adults ages 17-28. OPI participants live in homey, fully-staffed apartments. There are no more than two participants per bedroom; men and women live separately. The apartment complexes are complete with swimming pools and workout rooms for participant use. Young adults come to OPI to overcome mental health challenges and move forward in life. These struggles may include depression, anxiety, "failure to launch", substance abuse, Asperger's syndrome, bipolar disorder, learning disabilities, and co-occurring disorders. Our participants are high achievers with the ability to succeed. Some have been unable to build a positive sense of self, while others need support with social skills, life skills, and overcoming mental health challenges. Insurance covers up to 100 percent of the treatment and therapeutic modalities that Newport Academy offers. We accept all major insurance providers and work collaboratively with payers to optimize coverage for families. Many adolescents who receive treatment from Newport Academy using insurance coverage do so through a Single Case Agreement, a special contract through which out-of-network providers can work with a family’s insurance company on an In-Network basis. Newport Academy maintains a full-time, in-house team dedicated to supporting families through the mental health insurance coverage and financing process. In order to secure sufficient insurance coverage, we will most likely need to conduct a series of clinical reviews and any requested doctor-to-doctor calls with the insurance company. While other facilities may charge for this service, we feel it is our responsibility to assist families with what can be a complex process. 12 South Recovery’s Dual Diagnosis and Mental Health Programs offer step down levels of care beginning with Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), followed by Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and then Outpatient Programming (OP).
