We incorporate multiple evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT Skills Training, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, & Anger Management. Teens participate in individual/family therapy, psychiatry sessions, and learn coping skills to help them achieve lifelong recovery. We also integrate daily academic support and experiential therapies (e.g. equine, surf, art, drama, fitness, boxing, cooking, and yoga) into our structured daily schedule. For families from out of state, we offer family therapy via HIPAA-compliant video conference.
