Integrative Addictions Treatment
Bridging the Gaps (BTG), an integrative residential addiction treatment facility located in historic Winchester, Virginia, provides treatment for adults suffering from the disease of addiction. We provide a phase based treatment structure consisting of 3 core phases with the opportunity for an extended 4th phase to better facilitate a client's transition back into the demands of day to day life. At BTG we provide treatment for substance use disorders by integrating traditional modalities of psycho-social-spiritual treatment with complementary approaches oriented towards physiological healing and wellbeing. Using the most progressive modalities available, coupled with a traditional "12 step" program, we help our clients recover their physical health as well as provide them with the psychological and spiritual tools they need for a life free from drug addiction and alcoholism. We offer integrative treatment modalities including education, individual and group counseling, intravenous therapy, oral nutrients, nutrition, acupuncture detoxification, fitness, massage, neurofeedback, meditation, yoga, and Reiki. BTG recognizes that different people require different options for care. Our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program is part of an ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, cost effective, and comprehensive services designed to meet a range of client needs. IOP provides structured, supportive treatment for individuals whose needs and circumstances may allow them to realize positive outcomes in a more flexible, non-residential setting. The IOP program consists of a range of therapeutic sessions that provide opportunities to explore issues and behaviors related to substance use, while allowing individuals to continue living at home and working in the community. This non-residential structure provides a number of advantages to individuals and their families. IOP allows individuals to receive proven treatment modalities and personalized support in their own community with minimal disruption to everyday life. It also provides a rigorous and targeted substance abuse program at a lower cost than residential treatment models. IOP offers individuals a chance to confront their addictions while being fully assimilated in their normal living environment, affording family members and/or loved ones the opportunity to serve as more active participants and supports in the process. Partial Hospitalization
BTG is committed to helping all individuals who suffer from substance use disorders find the treatment services that they deserve. Our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) program (commonly referred to as day treatment) reflects our commitment to a full continuum of care and offers a rigorous option for individuals whose needs and circumstances make them candidates for a non-residential program. Day treatment allows individuals to receive quality, targeted substance abuse treatment in their own community with minimal disruption to everyday life. By combining intensive, structured sessions and individualized attention with live-at-home flexibility, day treatment effectively addresses key issues and barriers to recovery at a lower cost than residential treatment. Day treatment offers individuals a chance to confront their addictions within their normal living environment, thus affording family members and/or loved ones the opportunity to serve as more active, engaged participants in the process.
