Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-Teens/Adults

This group teaches residents practical behavioral skills for tolerating distress, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and being able to stay in the present moment (mindfulness). Clients are referred to this group for various reasons, including but not limited to: relapse prevention, being easily overwhelmed, deficits in relationship skills, difficulty accessing emotions and poor boundaries.

ASAM Level 1 - Risk Reduction

An ASAM Level Program that runs a minimum of 17 weeks but can last up to 52 weeks. The amount of time designated for treatment sessions depends on a client's compliance and progress within the program. Each weekly session consists of 3 hours of alcohol and drug education, life-skills and group therapy.
