About
Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
At Bradford Recovery Center, we provide an outpatient treatment program for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions and certain co-occurring mental health conditions. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) can be the ideal choice for people who need personalized and structured treatment services but don’t require 24-hour support. Our PHP can also work well as a continuing care option for patients who are stepping down from a more intensive form of treatment. Patients in our PHP typically remain in the program for around 90 days, but your individual needs will determine your precise length of stay. PHP participants can attend daily full-day programming, which may incorporate therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and the 12-Step model of recovery. Our medical team is available daily to provide basic medical care, and we offer medication management services on an as-needed basis.
Treatment Approach
In our PHP, patients can receive robust clinical services while also enjoying the independence and flexibility an outpatient program can offer. Participating in our PHP can also provide you with the opportunity to practice skills learned in treatment as you work to transition back to the community. While some patients choose to live at home during treatment, others may choose to take advantage of our convenient and supportive housing option for PHP participants. During your time in our PHP, you can take part in individual, family, and group therapies and benefit from experiential activities such as fitness programs and personal reflection and team-building exercises. We offer daily individual therapy sessions with addiction counselors as well as family therapy sessions on an individual basis. During group therapy, you can explore topics that include health and wellness, stress management, emotion regulation, and gratitude.
Our Treatment Center
At Bradford Recovery Center, located in Millerton, Pennsylvania, we aim to offer individualized treatment with a complementary focus on community values, including honesty, service, and communication. We want to help each patient rebuild their confidence and find a sense of purpose, and we strive to offer concrete tools and resources that can support them on their recovery journey. At our outpatient addiction treatment center, we can treat substance use disorders along with co-occurring mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We deliver care through a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes counselors, nurses, psychiatrists, and case managers. We believe that our team is at the core of our efforts to deliver excellent care, and we work to foster dedication and unity among our staff members. As part of our comprehensive programming, our qualified team engages in personalized discharge planning with each patient during their time at Bradford Recovery Center, providing recommendations for support and services after treatment ends.
