The Addiction Treatment Center of New England (ATCNE) is an outpatient opioid treatment program designed to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for clients in the greater Boston area. We provide clinically-driven Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for those struggling with Opioid Use Disorder and have done so successfully for the last 38 years. We offer maintenance & outpatient detox, coupled with group and individual counseling. Our programs help clients gain control over their substance use disorders and learn alternatives to their behaviors. ATCNE has a strong focus on providing "total treatment." Medication is one part of treatment, but education and support are seen as equally important. We recognize the need to treat substance use holistically- addressing your medical, physical, emotional and social realms. To help treat co-occurring issues, ATCNE has close relationships with other local organizations and programs and can facilitate referrals to additional mental health and/or medical services. TCA Counseling Group was founded by Dr. Tonn Q. Cao in 2011 specializing in treatments for Millennials. Square Medical Group (est. 2008) has been offering TMS treatment for depression to patients in the greater Boston area since 2016, utilizing Brainsway TMS technology. This is a safe, innovative, and effective treatment for persistent depression that has not responded to typical antidepressant medications or first-line psychotherapy treatments. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation utilizes strong magnetic pulses to regulate activity in precisely targeted brain areas. The patient is awake and alert during the 30-minute sessions, which are scheduled daily Monday through Friday for about 8 weeks.
