BlueSky Behavioral Health delivers comprehensive mental health and substance abuse counseling, helping our clients recover from a wide range of diagnoses in both partial-hospitalization and outpatient settings. For clients who enter our Enhanced Treatment Program we offer a unique opportunity to focus on their therapy and recovery while living in a short-term furnished apartment and their own Life Coach.

We are an extremely personalized six bed residential addiction treatment center. We offer the highest level of care from our experieneced clinical and medical staff. Our facility is private and the accomodations are second to none.

The MLJ facility serves individuals struggling with substance abuse or alcoholism. These clients typically require support with detoxification, stabilization, and comprehensive programming to address the underlying causes of their addiction. Their needs include medical detox, clinical therapy, personalized counseling, education on addiction, coping skills development, relapse prevention strategies, and assistance with reintegration into daily life post-treatment. Additionally, clients may benefit from holistic activities such as yoga and mindfulness, as well as adventure therapy outings to enhance their recovery journey.

Outpatient detoxification from alcohol or drugs allows clients to continue fulfilling their professional, educational, and family responsibilities while detoxing from the comfort of their own home. Those interested in outpatient detox are thoroughly assessed by our medical team that specializes in addiction treatment. After undergoing a thorough assessment, clients receive recommendations based upon their unique circumstances and ability to function outside of a medically monitored treatment setting. Outpatient detox is not appropriate for everyone and clients will be thoroughly assessed.

Intensive outpatient & partial hospitalization programming provide multiple hours of clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, medical and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and care, medication management, and nutrition/dietary support services, to establish a solid foundation of good habits, behavior modification, self-regulation, self-management, and coping skills. Lift's adolescent & adult IOP & PHP's were crafted through decades of research and practice by nationally-recognized certified eating disorder specialist, seasoned family therapist, adolescent specialist & credentialed school-based mental health expert, Mary Dobson, LMFT, CEDS, in partnership with medical directors Dr. Alyssa Bennett & Dr. Deborah Lipshitz. We are differentiated by providing expert-level day treatment services, delivered by a curated clinical team of seasoned, licensed adolescent and adult specialists, in a home-like environment in Westport, CT.
