Bloom specializes in providing mental health healing for tweens, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety disorders, eating disorders, mood disorders, stress, and trauma. While our practice specializes in these issues, each clinician brings their own unique skill set and expertise to address additional mental health concerns as well. At Bloom, we believe you already have the qualities necessary to heal. Through therapy, we’ll help you become who you aspire to be, by building on these strengths, gaining insight into your challenges, and discovering effective coping strategies.
We Work With You to Harness Your Resiliency
To offer individualized care, we utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed, experiential, and mindfulness-based treatment approaches. To further support your unique needs, sessions can range from standard individual counseling sessions and group therapy, to elevated outpatient treatment models, such as supportive therapy sessions and therapeutic intensives.
