At Rebound Behavioral Health, we offer inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns and addictions. Inpatient treatment typically lasts five to seven days and is a short-term program that can help people stabilize and learn techniques for managing their symptoms. Clients in our inpatient program can receive consistent monitoring and assistance from a team of experts in a safe environment. In inpatient programming, clients may participate in multiple evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). A client’s customized treatment plan can also include daily group counseling sessions and medication management services. We design a client’s care plan based on the results of an initial assessment they complete before they begin treatment.
