Insight Treatment Program is a recognized intensive outpatient dual-diagnosis treatment program for teens, young adults and their families. Based on the fundamental belief that adolescent issues can only be effectively treated by addressing all aspects of their lives, Insight uses treatment approaches attending to emotional, psychological, spiritual, familial, academic, and biological factors. Every family is different, has different needs, problems, and resources. Therefore, Insight's treatment staff takes pride in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each family's specific goals. Our skilled clinicians utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to treat issues related to substance abuse and co-occurring mental disorders. Each member of our team was hand picked in order to create a warm and supportive environment for your teen and family. All adolescents receive bi-weekly individual therapy sessions in addition to extensive family therapy. Supplemental daily group therapy sessions promote further growth for your teen within his or her peer group.

Welcome to California Family Counseling - CalFam - a community mental health center in Chatsworth, California and throughout California via telehealth. We offer Couples Counseling and Family Therapy AT NO CHARGE, and Individual Therapy on a sliding scale, based on ability to pay. For 50 years, CalFam has been providing a safe, compassionate and confidential place for people from all walks of life to find the help they need. Services are provided by pre-licensed therapists supervised by fully licensed therapists. Openings are available for children (6+), adolescents, and adults through telehealth for all California residents. The counseling center offices are due to reopen in January 2022.

When our emotional life is out of balance or unregulated we often find ourselves repeating patterns that become self-defeating.
