We are an outpatient mental health clinic that employs therapists with diverse backgrounds, interests, and specialities to ensure our practice is able to support the unique needs of our community. Our therapists specialize in OCD, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Trauma, LGBTQ+ Issues, Disordered Eating, ADHD, Grief, and Addiction (not exhaustive). We know that doing the work to improve mental health can be hard, which is why we don't want access to be a barrier for anyone. We offer individual sessions for children/adolescents and adults, as well as couples/family counseling support. Our therapists have complete autonomy to focus o their areas of interest, with active ongoing training. Groups
Expanding Coping & Relationship Strategies
Ellie Mental Health offers intro Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills development in two formats: 1) A focused parent/educator group, great for caregivers or anyone working with children + teens; and 2) A generalized adult group for anyone ~18 years or older that's great for learning the skills of adulting. DBT is a proven approach used to help individuals and groups manage intense emotions, cope with challenging situations, and improve relationships. Our course is designed to teach tools that help with emotional regulation, and communication with interpersonal conflicts and crises. Sessions are once a week for 90 minutes.
