At the Bariatric Counseling Center, we help adults heal their relationship with food, body, and self. Our team includes licensed therapists and registered dietitians who understand the emotional and behavioral side of eating.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program helps adults across Texas build lasting habits through therapy, nutrition support, and hands-on skills. Each session includes group counseling, nutrition education, movement, and mindful eating. In-person and virtual options are available to fit your schedule and needs. Details About Our Program
Our program runs 3 hours a day, Monday through Saturday, with midday and evening sessions. Clients attend in person or via Zoom.
