Infinite Healing and Wellness's Groups
DBT Skills Groups
generally consist of 5-9 individuals who meet once a week for 90 minutes. Group members learn skills based on the four modules of DBT: Core Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance.
Teen Coping and Social Skills Group
Assists teens with coping skills, emotion recognition communication and expression. Provides opportunities for teens to share with other teens common experiences and ways in which to navigate the challenges in this developmental age.
Codependent Skills and Recovery Group
Codependent relationships are a type of dysfunctional helping relationship where one person supports or enables another person's addiction, poor mental health, immaturity, irresponsibility, or under-achievement. Among the core characteristics of codependency, the most common theme is an excessive reliance on other people for approval and identity. This group helps clients to identify their own behaviors, the causes for them, and to learn new ways to interact for healthy interdependent relationships.
