Our approach
Licensed for 40 years, Averte fka Merry Meadow Farm, offers a supportive environment with individualized treatment programs. Averte blends individual therapy, group therapy, meaningful activities and physical wellness together to offer the individual the best opportunity for success. Our mission is to change the trajectory of someone’s life by helping to clarify the path through the development of cognitive, emotional and physical resilience while providing an environment of health, wellness and community.
Program Details
Four licensed homes in New Hampshire and Vermont with a total of 41 licensed beds. An independent living program serving an additional 10 - 15 individuals. Group therapy, individual therapy, pharmacological management, vocational program and a robust volunteer program. Averte utilizes the Individual placement and Services (IPS) model to help our clients with vocational desires.
Clinical Services
Averte has an in-house clinical team providing individual therapy, group therapy, engagement specialist as well as skills coaching. Averte partners with Dartmouth Hitchcock hospital for all medical needs as well as psychiatry. Averte also partners with Enhance Health (Enhancehealth.org) for specialty psychiatric services.
