Groups
Adult Substance Abuse Group
The group is designed to give adults a safe, sober environment where they can learn to fully embrace recovery. We achieve this through approaching each individual from four different approaches: physical, emotional, social and spiritual. The group also involves experiential, adventure and family therapy. Often times the most difficult part in the journey of giving up substances is not actually doing without the drug itself. It is far more difficult to leave behind the culture in which the drug or alcohol habit existed. In Balance introduces you to a new, sober culture.
