At Aster Springs Ohio, we take an innovative, evidence-based approach to support clients and families on their recovery journey. Our adolescent programs balance schoolwork with treatment, ensuring recovery stays the priority. Located in a peaceful, private setting along 10-Mile Creek, Aster Springs Ohio offers a therapeutic environment designed to foster healing and growth. Residential Treatment Programs
Our residential programs provide a high level of intensity, structure, safety, and monitoring for children and adolescents of all genders (ages 10-17), as well as adults of all genders (ages 18 and older) who have an eating disorder. Our residence provides safe and comfortable living areas with shared rooms and a common living space where they receive 24-hour care, 7 days a week. Residents receive assistance from staff members in daily living activities such as personal hygiene, self-administration of medications, self-responsibility for keeping their rooms clean and neat, cooperative management of common living space, time management, and participation in recreational and community activities. Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)
Our Adult PHP and our Adolescent PHP both offer customized treatment that helps each client achieve their recovery goals related to their eating disorder symptoms. Our unique environment meets each client where they are in an atmosphere of openness and acceptance without judgment. We also focus on addressing the underlying issues and supporting long-term recovery with a combination of a unique step-down approach and multidisciplinary therapies. The most significant benefit of our PHP is that clients have access to the guidance and security of treatment while they learn to make decisions for themselves. Rather than being thrust back into the real world, we help our clients gradually take steps toward independence when they move from our residential treatment to our PHP.
