About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. My team of expert clinicians provide evidence-based and compassionate therapies from a range of approaches, state-of-the art testing, in-school/in-home services, medical services, and neurofeedback. We offer an integrative approach with multiple treatment options to alleviate symptoms, cope with stressors, resolve conflicts, and restore your daily life to health and wellness. We strive to provide exceptional and wholistic collaborative care to educate, support, and empower individuals and families. We offer outpatient and intensive individual and family treatment, in addition to school and home observations and interventions. We also provide comprehensive diagnostic, developmental, psychological, educational, and neuropsychological assessments, and will facilitate IEPs and accommodations. We provide you with a variety of treatment options to most effectively address your concerns and symptoms. You and your family can receive a treatment plan to include CBT, Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Play Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Family Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Expressive Arts Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Substance Abuse Models, and Positive Psychology. I have a highly experienced and exceptionally well trained team from University of Michigan, University of San Diego, and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Our mission is to collaborate closely with you and your family members based on your unique needs to promote a positive and healthy life with purpose, joy, and balance. I provide a free 15 minute consultation at the end of which you will be scheduled for an apt. within 1-2 weeks. We have flexible office hours and our center is open 5 days a week Mon-Fri.
