Who We Are & What We Do
AspenRidge Colorado Springs serves adults dealing with mental health challenges, addiction, or both at the same time. Many clients come in managing anxiety, depression, or trauma that has started affecting their relationships, work, and sense of self. For others, substance use is part of the picture too, and the two are often more connected than people realize. Some are functioning on the outside while struggling privately. Others have tried to get help before and need something that actually fits their life. Our clients need flexible, evidence-based care from clinicians who understand how complicated life really is. Our Programs
AspenRidge offers mental health and addiction treatment in an outpatient setting, including PHP Day Treatment (for addiction), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) (mental health or addiction), and Outpatient care, available in-person and online. Programs address anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring substance use through integrated, whole-person treatment. It's Okay to Not Have It All Figured Out
