At Aspen Intervention Wellness Center, we provide Intervention for families and recovery coaching. Aspen Intervention Wellness Center helps families with family intervention to identify what needs to change in order for things to get better. If a family is seeking consultation for substance abuse or intervention, we can only assume that things at work or home in the substance abuser's life are not going well. Sometimes the road to recovery is not so clear to the person suffering from addiction or alcoholism. We utilize a caring approach to drug intervention - resulting in a high recovery rate working with alcohol and substance dependent individuals to walk them through some stages of change. Recovery is a difficult road. Our team will work one-on-one with you, and everyone involved to help guide your loved one to accept help and bridge families back together in a loving, caring approach. We view each family as unique with its own set of challenges requiring a specialized action plan. An addiction to drugs or alcohol can often lead to legal problems - including DUIs, possession, and other drug-related charges. We help our clients navigate through complex legal matters – so that clients focus fully on their Addiction Treatment with us while on the road to recovery. We also offer an Alternative Sentencing Assistance Program for individuals with Drug and Alcohol-related charges. We work with the courts on getting you the help you need - instead of repeating the cycle of addiction . We work closely with the courts as well as employee assistance programs. And we walk the families through the stress of navigating through the court system. Recovery Coaching / Intervention. DBT- CBT
We offer DBT in our residential treatment center as well as in our outpatient program. DBT differs from traditional CBT in the emphasis on validation - a powerful tool whereby the therapist and the patient work on "accepting" uncomfortable thoughts, feelings and behaviors rather struggling with them. Once an identified thought, emotion or behavior has been validated, the process of change no longer appears impossible, and the goals of gradual transformation become reality. DBT process groups are powerful ways to identify high risk situations and develop new skills as well as avoidance strategies around issues that once held us back in life.

Intensive Outpatient & Day Treatment
We offer Individual Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP or Day Treatment) services for adults and adolescents struggling with substance abuse as their primary diagnosis. Clients also have the option of participating in detox and inpatient treatment in our all locations, The clinic is also geared toward treating clients struggling with dual diagnosis issues. All sessions are designed to be flexible and meet the needs of our clientele: * IOP - Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions, Attend anywhere from 3-5 sessions per week * PHP - Session runs 5-7 days a week for 6 hours a day.
