About
St. John Providence Eastwood Clinics, a private, non-profit treatment system, is a part of the Behavioral Health and Wellness Services of St. John Providence Health System. Since 1970, Eastwood has provided mental health, and substance abuse treatment services throughout southeast Michigan. In the spirit of advancing professionalism in the field, Eastwood Clinics cooperates with local universities to provide medical, psychological, and social work training placements. Licensed by the Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services and accredited by the Council on Accreditation, Eastwood's services are covered by most Managed Health Care plans (HMOs, PPOs, etc.), Blue Cross/Blue Shield and many other commercial insurances. A number of services are supported by funding received from federal, state, or local agencies. All Eastwood services are provided by licensed treatment professionals.
We have 10 locations in 3 counties in the Metro Detroit Area. We offer help in Clinton Township, Detroit, Livonia, Novi, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, Shelby Township, Southfield, St. Clair Shores, and Warren.
