Ascend Behavioral Health and Wellness provides services in the least restrictive environment while still being conducive to a client’s recovery. We work with clients in need of crisis to stabilization, with the ultimate goals often including aiding a client in ability to function independently as well as establishing a strong support network (including family and peers). Ascend Behavioral Health & Wellness admits Adult Males & Females 18 & Over. Our clients may exhibit one or more of the following symptoms: Attention Deficit Disorder/Hyperactivity Disorder, SMI, Oppositional Defiant Disorder/Conduct Disorder, Emotionally Disturbed/Abused, Mood Disorder/Bipolar, Sexual Gender Identity, Mild/Severe Depression, Chronic Anxiety, Self Destructive Behaviors, Sexually, Physically and Emotional Abuse Neglect, and Abandonment, Substance Abuse (Alcohol/Drugs), Borderline Personality Disorder.
