About
Our Mission
At Arubah, our mission is to make mental health services available to all. We work to partner with agencies that are in need of mental health services for their clientele. We also seek to provide integrative services, often offering services in-home or in the community as needed. Our professionals dedicate and invest time and energy into holistic care of the client. We collaborate with other professionals and providers to ensure that all our client's needs are met. Lastly, we build a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for your needs, and then take you through the process at our own pace.
Our Philosophy
Arubah is a Hebrew word meaning "restoration to sound health". Here at Arubah we seek to enable, empower, and help facilitate personal restoration. We provide services to individuals, couples, families and groups. We walk along, sit with and process difficult times. We believe relationship is a key component to healing. We seek to not only serve those that are survivors of trauma, but also look to explore what other life possibilities are in store for them. We offer psychotherapy and counseling services, helping people overcome life's challenges.
Our Services
At Arubah, we recognize that some conditions prevent people from accessing the services they need. Thus we offer Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy where a qualified Therapist can meet you at your home or via teletherapy. We also offer these services at our office locations in North Minneapolis, Brooklyn Center and St. Paul. Further, Arubah partners with various agencies to offer co-located services for their clients, students, or other personnel.
