Expressive Arts for Community Wellness
ARTrelief is an innovative and unique Community Wellness Hub where cultural and religious freedom, equity, inclusion and diversity are valued, celebrated and considered as strengths in our community. We specialize in expressive arts therapy, community mental health and wellness, training and education. We make our services easily accessible to anyone, and dedicate ourselves to serving low income individuals, individuals with disabilities, individuals suffering from chronic illness, and their families. ARTrelief has been servicing individuals across the lifespan at our center, in homes, schools, at community programs, and intensive care medical treatment programs since 2008. We approach recovery as a work of art, and dedicate ourselves to the use and promotion of all forms of art to support health, joy, awareness, development, education, social-economic adjustment, cultural inclusion, equality, dignity and integrity in the community. We believe health is a practice, a continuum where our mind, body and spirit strive to achieve balance, flow, harmony, transparency, generosity, connectedness and wholeness.

T(w)een Expressive Arts Space
Teens are highly invested in learning skills from peers by observing one another. As a result they seek out peer support and feedback through interactions. Social interaction is key to this developmental stage in that it prepares them for their future where interpersonal skills, identity, patterns of behaviors and thinking can lead to a healthy, balance and adaptive life. This group will highlight these social needs through the use of movement, mindfullness and visual art. Individual goals are set as objectives, and an emphasis is made on communication, negotiating ideas and self-actualization through verbal and non-verbal expression.

improvLAB - Authentic Movement and Action Theater
Improvisation gives us access to states of vulnerability AND playfulness, the best conditions for sensory integration, emotional freedom, "neurological rerouting" and personal growth. This class draws from Authentic Movement and Action Theater. Facilitated by certified AT teacher Cécile Rêve.
