Evolve Treatment Centers supports adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. Our virtual Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs are geared towards teens whose symptoms and behaviors are disrupting their day-to-day home living. Teens in our Partial Hospitalization Program participate in our full day of structured programming five days a week. Teens in our Intensive Outpatient Program attend three hours of programming three/four days a week. Our programs serve as a smooth transition for teens stepping down from an inpatient or residential treatment program, or as a higher level of treatment for teens requiring more structure than just weekly outpatient therapy. In both telehealth programs, teens receive individual and family sessions, multiple group sessions a day, psychiatric evaluations and educational/academic support (all via HIPAA-compliant video conference). Teens also participate in experiential activities like music therapy, art therapy, meditation, and yoga. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, structured, and accepting environment where adolescents learn the skills necessary for sustainable recovery.

At Evolve Gilroy, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based residential treatment for adolescents 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, ADHD, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, Conduct Disorder, and other emotional/behavioral issues. Our primary modes of treatment are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. At Evolve, we believe treatment works best when it is individually tailored. Our clinical staff conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each teen pre- and post-admission in order to develop a customized, highly detailed treatment plan that is constantly updated based on treatment progress. Our robust clinical program includes individual and family therapy; weekly psychiatry; daily academic support; and groups on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, & Seeking Safety. Teens also participate in experiential therapies (e.g. equine, music, art, fitness, cooking, yoga, and meditation) as well as 12-Step/SMART Recovery programs for those struggling with dual diagnoses.

We are a non-profit community mental health organization providing professional counseling and psychotherapy to adults, youth, children, couples, families, and groups from all walks of life. The cost of treatment is one of the biggest obstacles in accessing care—and it doesn’t have to be. Many families don’t seek treatment because they don’t realize that affordable mental healthcare is an option. As recently as 20 years ago, clients were forced to pay out of pocket for mental health and substance abuse treatment. Today, many insurance payers cover outpatient and residential treatment programs, and they are much more willing to provide coverage when they know a program offers safe, effective, and clinically driven treatment. To support families in their efforts to access quality adolescent treatment, Newport Institute works with leading providers of healthcare insurance to provide financing options. We have built collaborative relationships with a wide range of healthcare payers, and are adding new In-Network partners on an ongoing basis. In addition, we excel in negotiating Single Case Agreements to allow coverage by out-of-network insurers. Our goal is to optimize the benefit coverage for families who are seeking affordable residential treatment or outpatient care.

Our full continuum of care allows us to provide treatment that meets the needs of each unique adolescent—whether they are stepping down from a residential program, require a higher level of care, or are seeking ongoing structure and community through outpatient programming.
