Teen Domestic and Family Violence Intervention

PIT was awarded a contract with the San Jose Juvenile Probation Department to provide 26-week Teen Domestic and Family Violence Intervention groups. These are open groups and gender specific. Groups address some of the following topics: Accountability;Dynamics of power and control; Nature of violence Tools and skills to prevent future abuse/violence; Effects of abuse/violence on victims, families and community; Building empathy; and Sexual respect .
